DESCRIPTION
The FMM5052ZE is a MMIC power amplifier that includes a three-stage amplifier, internally matched, for broadband applications in the 0.8 to 2.7GHz frequency range. This product is uniquely suited for use in cellular, W-CDMA/PCS, MMDS, and WLL base station amplifiers as it offers high gain, long term reliability and ease of use. Fujitsu's stringent Quality Assurance Program assures the highest reliability and consistent performance. ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS (Case Temperature Tc=25C)
